In 2011 we added seasonal produce, forage and specialty herbs as pairings with our weekly pig deliveries. Although our farm is not certified organic, we do practice organic methods as well as biodynamic principles and integrated pest management.
We expect our seasonal produce to continue to be all of the basic staples from greens to carrots, brussels sprouts and zucchini with additional assortments of varietals including heirloom produce as well as asian greens, specialty herbs and decorative flowers.
