Raven & Boar’s Saucisson sec is made from our own heritage-bred, whey-fed pigs and pays tribute to the traditional French dry-cured sausage known for its rich flavor and firm texture. We use the highest-quality meat and fat from our animals to create this small format salami. Saucisson Sec is often served in thin slices on charcuterie boards and pairs well with cheese and bread, making it a favorite at gatherings. Its unique taste and careful production attract cured meat lovers around the globe.

Each package contains one salami weighing 0.12 pound, packaged in cryo, in resealable coffee-style bag. For best quality, keep it refrigerated and consume by the Best By date on the package.
